Premium Room Charges
Freeling Holt House charges premium rates for some rooms. The accommodation premium is for a larger room between $8 and $15 extra per day. These charges are in addition to the maximum contribution set by the DHB, currently at $169.83 daily in the Auckland Region. Depending on your financial situation you may be able to apply for a residential care subsidy to assist with the daily charge set by the DHB.
Agreeing to admission into a superior room with an accommodation premium charge is entirely the prospective resident’s decision.
I’ve been here since it first opened and I’ve seen my share of management. The current management have brightened up the place. They are absolute pearlers!
